Recorded in 1994, released in 1995 on Yellow Bike Records, Palmerston North, Aotearoa/New Zealand

Froit Head was an industrial/experimental band during the early nineties. They were formed in 1992 with a lineup consisting of Claire Pannell on vocals and Royce Rees on guitar, with Rob Williams (formerly of The Flickering) joining later on bass. In 1993, Rees was replaced by Blair Wotton. After contributing tracks to compilations on Awefull and Yellow Bike Records, Froit Head recorded their full length album Grinding Stone, which was released in 1995. The band also released a number of tracks on the Manifestation compilation series on Awefull Records, Houston, Texas
